Browar Miejski

Browar Miejski (City Brewery) is located in Bielsko-Biała. Despite being founded as recently as 2011, the atmosphere and décor inside the brewery buildings are brimming with beer-making history of the city, which dates back to the 19th century. The building housed a tavern for dozens of years, but inevitably, it fell under communist state ownership in 1962. It wasn’t until 2010, when it was bought by the current owner, that the 19th century beer-making traditions were brought back. Currently, Browar Miejski produces its own beer under the Bielitzer brand, as well as selling produce from affiliated breweries.
