About the pub
Brovaria was founded in 2004 in Poznań, and was the first beer-making business in Poland to combine a brewery, a restaurant and a hotel. It is located on the historic Market Square in the Old Town, which is reflected in the elegant interiors, where some of the building's traditional décor has been preserved. There is also a more typical brew-pub area, as well as an outside area in the summer time, for visitors preferring a less stately atmosphere. The beers, which are only served on site, include pilsner, wheat and mead.
