Jan Olbracht Browar Staromiejski

The Jan Olbracht brew-restaurant is another recently founded (2012) beer-making enterprise. It's located in Toruń, just 50 metres from Rynek Staromiejski – the central point of the city's historic old town. The beers include the more common Pils and wheat styles, as well as aromatic dark and märzen brews. The multi-storey building houses the pub, dining area, the more comfortable Kopernik's Room, a restaurant and three banquet/conference halls. The pub's interior harks back to the place's historic character, with wooden ceilings, a cosy gallery and barrels galore.
