Stary Browar Kościerzyna

Kościerzyna Brewery is a newly built holiday complex, located about 60 km from Gdansk. It consists of a hotel, restaurant, shopping mall and convention, and of course the brewery. This makes it an ideal place to spend a day off filled with a variety of attractions. The range of beers in the brewery includes a Czech dark beer, German Kellerbier and a wheat beer. Following the same pattern of drawing on the local culinary tradition the chefs in the restaurant have revived some forgotten regional dishes, and for some of the recipes they had to go back to local museum archives.
