About the brewery
Browar Birbant is a contract brewery founded by two brewers from Zielona Góra: Jerzy Sosnowski and Krzysztof Kula. Both gain the brewing experience working in a brewery Haust. However, the first beer, an American-style ale, was brewed in Witnica.
