About the brewery
Browar Watra is the first restaurant brewery in Zakopane. There are four beers brewed, based on old-bavarian recipes. Watra is also a restaurant specialising in regional cuisine.

morley.spencer : A rather surprising brewery.. The brewing tanks are quite visible from the street and there are street-side tables that have a view of both part of the kitchen and one of Zakopane's main streets. As you delve further inside, the space opens up dramatically- including a large dance floor and seating for at least 150 people if not more. Beer: Need to brew more seasonally... many lighter and lager ales, doesn't quite fit for middle of winter. Still good but honey beer is not commonly a winter beer. Food: Excellent; had a fish dinner with potatoes, salad, and it was excellent for price. One of the better meals I've had in Poland. Atmosphere: Gets extremely busy on a weekend night, go early. Wait staff are hard working but occasionally are not attentive to all tables. Weird music by DJ for a brewery, in or outside of Poland.
