A top-fermented, stout that is brewed using four types of barley malt, roasted barley and oats. The hops are from the English county of Kent, and the yeast has similar British origins. The result is a rich dark beer with a strong flavour of roasted barley, a strong harsh bitterness, a fruity-creamy richness and creamy foam head.
