'Mastne' is the first documented name of a beer from Cieszyn, which comes from the word 'meaty' or 'full'. Today the term could describe the richness of the beer ingredients. The recipe consists of up to 4 malts: Pilsner, Munich and caramel and wheat malts. The top-fermented method is also a direct throw back to the historical brewing methods and recipes from Cieszyn. The traditional decoction process of brewing provides for a beer with a unique aroma, opalescent amber colour and impressive head.
