Brown Foot

Brown Foot is a top-fermented beer described as 'India Brown Ale'. The beer is made with four hop varieties (Simcoe, Cascade, Chinok, Zeus). The color is dark, cloudy. The beer creates a dense and abundant foam, nicely decorating the glass. The aroma is dominated by notes characteristic for American hops: piney and fruity (grapefruits, peaches). In the background there's also noticeable caramel accent. The taste is also fruity with a strong hop bitterness and a hint of caramel and chocolate. Very drinkable beer with a low carbonation, appropriate for the style.
