An unpasteurised, top-fermented, natural ale that is brewed only for Christmas. In 2013 the recipe have been significantly changed. Beer lost its typical "Christmas beer" qualities. It's more bitter (80 IBU) and hoppy beer, close to a classic IPA style. Only one variety of hops (Simcoe) were used.
