An unfiltered, amber lager of full strength. It is produced using traditional methods, with water, pale barley malt, both bitter and aromatic hops and yeast. The beer's balanced taste with bready accents is allowed to develop during conditioning, while naturally saturated carbon dioxide gives the beer a long-lasting head. The yeast (which is rich in protein minerals and B group vitamins) is not filtered out during brewing and provides residual goodness.
