The beers available during the festival will be: jasne (pale lager), ciemne (dark lager), miodowe (honey), jabłkowe (apple), imbirowe (ginger) and pszeniczne (wheat). Visitors will also have an opportunity to have a closer look at the brewing equipment, smell the aroma of beer being brewed and talk to the brewers themselves.

- We’ve brewed beer in Stara Zajezdnia for two years now, during which time it has found favour among many beer enthusiasts. The district of Kazimierz has become to be associated with good local beer, also thanks to many beer initiatives and customers interested in products from small breweires. Beer gourmets are not the only people invited to our festival – all fans of good, traditional food and feasting to the tune of folk music are welcome as well – says Wocjciech Niemczewski, chairman of Stara Zajezdnia.

The culinary part of the event will be taken care of by chef Janusz Kwaśny, who will prepare a traditional feast menu which will include Kiełbasa Browarnika (Brewer’s Sausage), Apetyczna Helga (Appetising Helga) and a soup called Żur Krakusa.
